Twitcher alert!

"In a change to the published programme..." we will be doing Pan Pastels, Distress Inks and Gelatos this month and not silk painting and mini canvases as per the original list. (that will now be next month)

Karen will be demoing her little birdie cards using die cuts and either Pan Pastels or distress inks to colour them in to create the species of your choice. Here's a test for the twitchers among you - name these birds...

I will be doing a demo with Gelato crayons - looking at several different techniques using embossing folders, die cuts, stamps etc...

But that's not all for this blog post as you may have noticed I missed one. So here are the Challenge Cards from last time - Emboss It challenge.

And of course your brayered cards:

And your Brusho cards:

And finally some pictures from Village Day where we managed to keep the rain away again!!

Pastel shades

Here are some pictures from the last workshop - Pan Pastels first:

The Mica powder cards proved a little more tricky to photograph on the night because of the sheen from the Cosmic Shimmer powders.

And guess who forgot to take piccies of the challenge pages too?!! But not to worry because we did make a note of whose was whose. Results announced at the next workshop. Hope you are all busy heating and melting for your next challenge page - due in September.
